| Why am I unable to select a particular color? |
| |
| |
When a particular color is sold out in a certain size, you will not be able to order that combination. Using Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Netscape you will see that the color option is "grayed out" and not selectable. Safari users will have the color option box reset to the word "color" when a sold out option is selected. |

| How do I return something? |

You will find printed return instructions on the face of the original invoice. Please keep a copy for your own records. To return an item, fill out the appropriate information and enclose your original invoice with the merchandise you are returning. Please allow ten business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return costs are not refundable. |

| How do I exchange/replace an item? |
| |

To exchange/replace an item simply return the item to us with the reason for the return; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping*. Your exchange/replacement will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
After you have returned your item to us, please return to our site to order your replacement item.
*In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please email to us immediately at Customer.Service@OnGossamer.com. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
